Started this as my personal seva. This year I'll teach my children about it too. This tradition deserves to continue.

501 mein 5 log khayenge Hanuman ji ke din. Yeh toh bas sochke hi dil bhar aata hai. Ab toh yeh seva meri parampara ban gayi.

Contributed in my late mother's name on Hanuman Jayanti. Felt her presence. Felt peace. This mandir holds something sacred.

Honestly socha nahi tha ke online donation se itna sukoon milega. Is seva ne sochne ka nazar badal diya.

I didn't expect to get emotional over a ₹501 donation. But I did. That tells me the intention behind this seva is genuinely sacred.

Three weeks after this seva, two long-pending issues in my life resolved. Baba's grace is real.

Kuch nahi kehna. Bas yeh seva karo. Baki Hanuman ji dekhenge.

Paise ka hisaab nahi lagaya. Bas dil se diya. Aur Hanuman ji ne bhi dil se sweekaar kiya. Yeh feeling sirf feel karke jaani ja sakti hai.

Meri family ko bataya. Ab hum sab milke karte hain. Yeh ek parampara ban gayi hai humare ghar mein.

There is a concept in Hindu philosophy called annadaan — the gift of food — which is considered among the most sacred acts of giving. The reasoning is simple: food sustains life, and to give food is to sustain the divine spark that lives in every being.

When you feed a devotee on Hanuman Jayanti — on the birthday of Bajrangbali himself, at a temple that has been holding this energy for 300 unbroken years — you are not doing something small. You are placing your offering at the intersection of annadaan, bhakti, and history.

I'm a professor and not someone who easily accepts things on faith alone. But I have contributed to this seva for three years now and the effect is consistent: a quieting of the mind, a softening of the ego, a return to what matters.

Hanuman Jayanti pe maine 501 rupaye ki seva ki — 5 bhakton ka bhojan maa ke naam pe. Dil se kiya, aankhon mein aansu leke kiya.

Aaj teen mahine baad maa ki condition mein bahut sudhar hai. Doctors bhi hairaan hain. Main nahi jaanta ki yeh Baba ki kripa thi ya dawaaon ka asar — lekin main manta hoon ki dono ka hissa tha.

Yeh seva sirf 501 rupaye nahi thi. Yeh ek pukaar thi. Aur Baba ne suni. Jai Patthar Wale Baba.

I've made many donations in my life but this one felt different. Maybe it's the specificity of it — five devotees, five meals, Hanuman's birthday. Maybe it's the 300-year history of this mandir. Or maybe it's just Baba's grace flowing through the act of giving. Whatever it is, I felt it. And I will feel it again next Hanuman Jayanti.
